Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the xbej website located at xbej.net, or by creating an account on the xbej platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference. These documents collectively form the entire agreement between you and xbej with respect to your use of our platform and services.

xbej reserves the right to amend, revise, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior individual notification to registered players. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. The most current version of these Terms & Conditions will always be accessible at xbej.net/terms-conditions. Your continued use of the xbej platform following the publication of any changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

If you access the xbej platform from Bangladesh, you agree that these terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Dhaka, Bangladesh, unless otherwise agreed in writing by both parties.

Eligibility & Age Restriction

xbej services are available exclusively to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during their use of the platform:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. xbej strictly enforces its 18+ policy. Underage gambling is illegal and xbej takes all reasonable measures to prevent minors from accessing its services.
• Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you in your country or region of residence.
• Voluntary participation: You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by xbej or any responsible gaming body that would prohibit you from accessing online gambling services.
• Single account: You may hold only one registered account on the xbej platform. Operating multiple accounts — whether under your own name or under any alias — is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account suspension and forfeiture of any associated balances.
• Accurate information: All information provided during registration must be truthful, accurate, and kept up to date. xbej reserves the right to request documentary evidence of any information provided at any time.

xbej employs mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification procedures for all withdrawal-eligible accounts. Accepted identity documents include a valid Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID), a valid Bangladeshi passport, or other government-issued photographic identification acceptable to the xbej compliance team. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe may be suspended or permanently closed, and any pending withdrawal requests may be held pending successful verification.

xbej reserves the right to decline registration applications or to close existing accounts without liability at its sole discretion, including where it determines that a player does not meet the eligibility criteria set out in this section.

Account Registration & Verification

To access the full range of xbej services — including placing wagers, making deposits, claiming bonuses, and processing withdrawals — you are required to create a registered account on the xbej platform. The registration process requires you to provide, at minimum, a valid email address, a chosen username, a secure password, your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued ID, your date of birth, your Bangladesh mobile number, and your preferred payment method.

Upon completing registration, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. xbej will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your account credentials secure. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify xbej immediately at [email protected] so that we may take appropriate protective action, including temporary account suspension while an investigation is conducted.

xbej operates a comprehensive KYC verification programme. At any point — including at the time of first withdrawal, upon reaching cumulative deposit thresholds, or when our compliance team flags an account for review — we may request the following documentation:

• Proof of Identity: Bangladesh NID (front and back), valid passport, or other government-issued photo ID.
• Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement, or official government letter issued within the last three months showing your registered address.
• Proof of Payment Method: A screenshot or statement confirming ownership of the bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or bank account used to make deposits on xbej.
• Source of Funds: In cases involving large transactions, xbej may request documentary evidence of your lawful source of funds.

Failure to provide requested documentation within 14 calendar days of the request being issued may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges, temporary account freeze, or permanent account closure at the discretion of the xbej compliance team. xbej will make reasonable efforts to communicate all KYC requirements clearly and to process submitted documents within 3 to 5 business days of receipt.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the xbej platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). xbej does not charge currency conversion fees. The following payment methods are accepted for both deposits and withdrawals on the xbej platform: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Visa, and Mastercard.

Deposit terms: The minimum deposit on xbej is ৳200. Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your xbej wallet instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Bank card and direct bank transfer deposits may take up to 30 minutes to reflect in your xbej balance during standard processing hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). xbej does not accept deposits made by or on behalf of third parties — the name on the payment method must match the name on your registered xbej account.

Withdrawal terms: The minimum withdrawal on xbej is ৳500. Withdrawal requests from verified accounts are processed within 15 to 30 minutes during standard operating hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). Withdrawals requested outside of standard operating hours may take up to 4 hours. xbej targets a withdrawal approval rate exceeding 99% for verified accounts with no outstanding active bonus wagering requirements.

Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used to make deposits, in accordance with anti-money laundering (AML) obligations. xbej reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks on withdrawal requests that exceed certain thresholds or that are flagged by our automated compliance monitoring systems. Where such checks are initiated, the standard withdrawal processing time may be extended, and you will be notified via the contact details on your registered account.

xbej will not be held liable for delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by payment provider outages, scheduled maintenance windows, or circumstances beyond xbej's reasonable control, including but not limited to banking system failures, national public holidays in Bangladesh, or force majeure events.

Bonus & Promotions Policy

xbej offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing registered players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual promotion, which must be read in conjunction with this general Bonus Policy. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and this general policy, the promotion-specific terms shall take precedence.

Unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise, the following general bonus conditions apply to all xbej bonuses:

• Wagering requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated clearly in the promotion terms. Players must complete the stated wagering requirement in full before a withdrawal request involving bonus-derived funds will be approved.
• Eligible games: Not all games on the xbej platform contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100% of the wagered amount toward meeting the requirement. Live casino games, table games, and sports betting may contribute at a reduced rate as specified in the promotion terms.
• Bonus expiry: All bonuses and any associated free spins or free bets will expire within the timeframe stated in the promotion terms. Expired bonuses and any winnings generated from them will be removed from the player's account automatically.
• One bonus at a time: Only one bonus may be active on a player's xbej account at any given time, unless the promotion terms specifically state otherwise.
• Bonus abuse: xbej employs automated systems to detect and prevent bonus abuse, including but not limited to the creation of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, matched betting using bonus funds, and any form of collusion. Any player found to have abused the bonus system will have their account suspended, their bonus balances forfeited, and may be permanently banned from the xbej platform.
• Geographical restrictions: Some promotions may be available exclusively to players in specific regions of Bangladesh or may be subject to different terms for players in certain districts. Applicable restrictions will be stated in the promotion terms.

xbej reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or terminate any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Changes to ongoing promotions will be communicated to affected players via the contact details registered on their xbej account. xbej's decision regarding bonus eligibility, wagering fulfilment, and bonus-related disputes is final and binding.

Prohibited Conduct & Fair Use

xbej is committed to maintaining a fair, safe, and transparent gaming environment for all registered players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the xbej platform and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration, KYC verification, or any other interaction with xbej; using stolen payment methods; impersonating another person; or attempting to deceive xbej staff or systems in any way.
• Multiple accounts: Creating or operating more than one registered account on the xbej platform, whether under your own name, an alias, or using another person's identity, for the purpose of circumventing limits, claiming multiple bonuses, or any other reason.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game on the xbej platform, including but not limited to chip dumping in poker, sharing game information in real time, or any form of team play designed to exploit game mechanics.
• Software exploitation: Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other programme designed to interact with the xbej platform in a non-human manner, to exploit game algorithms, or to gain an unfair statistical advantage.
• Money laundering: Using the xbej platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from unlawful activity; making deposits with no genuine intent to wager; or any other conduct that may constitute money laundering or financial crime under the laws of Bangladesh or applicable international standards.
• Harassment: Engaging in abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or otherwise offensive behaviour toward xbej staff, live dealer personnel, or other registered players through any communication channel associated with the xbej platform.
• Unauthorised access: Attempting to access any area of the xbej platform, database, or infrastructure that is not intended for your use; attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the xbej software; or attempting to circumvent security or authentication systems.

Intellectual Property

All content on the xbej platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, game software, and the overall compilation of content — is the property of xbej or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws, including copyright, trademark, and database rights.

The xbej name, logo, and all related product and service names, design marks, and slogans are trademarks of xbej. You may not use, copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, display, post, or transmit any portion of the xbej platform or its content without the prior written permission of xbej, except as follows:

• You may view and print a single copy of individual pages from the xbej website for your own personal, non-commercial use, provided that no modifications are made to the content and all copyright, trademark, and other proprietary notices are preserved.
• You may not use any content from the xbej platform for commercial purposes without the express written permission of xbej.
• You may not create derivative works based on any content from the xbej platform without the express written permission of xbej.

Game content available on the xbej platform is owned by and licensed from third-party game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, Play'n GO, Playtech, Habanero, and CQ9 Gaming, among others. The intellectual property rights in such game content remain the exclusive property of the respective game providers. xbej operates these games under valid licensing arrangements with the respective providers.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, xbej, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in any way connected with your use of or inability to use the xbej platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or anticipated winnings due to technical failures, platform outages, or connectivity issues beyond xbej's reasonable control.
• Errors, omissions, interruptions, deletions, defects, delays in operation or transmission, or failures of performance of the xbej platform.
• Unauthorised access to or alteration of your account data due to your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Any errors or inaccuracies in the display of odds, game results, or account balances caused by technical malfunction. xbej reserves the right to void any wager placed at an incorrectly displayed price or under clearly erroneous conditions.
• Losses arising from your reliance on information, advice, or recommendations provided by xbej that you chose to act upon voluntarily.

xbej provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While xbej takes all reasonable steps to ensure continuous platform availability, we do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where operationally feasible.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude xbej's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Bangladeshi law.

These Terms & Conditions were last reviewed and updated in January 2026. xbej reserves the right to update this document at any time. Players are encouraged to review the current version of these Terms & Conditions regularly.
